RSS Feeds

What is RSS?

RSS (Rich Site Summary, or Really Simple Syndication) is an XML format designed for turning data into a "feed" that can contain news headlines and other online content. These "feeds" are readable by other Web sites and software applications known as news readers or news aggregators. These programs allow you to pull together continuously updated content from various sources into one place.

Most news readers are applications that you download and install. Some others are Web-based service you sign-up for that work inside your browser. To view results of available news readers from a Google™ search click here.

How do I set up feeds from motheatre.org?
After setting up your RSS reader, you will be ready to use our various RSS feeds (see below). To add the feed, right-click on the RSS link, select "Copy Shortcut" or "Copy Link Location" to copy the location (URL) of the service. Follow the instructions for your RSS reader, and then paste this location wherever it asks for the location of the service or feed that you want to subscribe to.
